Mehtap is a partner mainly focusing on litigation and dispute resolution. She also has developed key experience in advising clients in regulatory compliance and contractual matters. In her career of almost 20 years, she represented numerous local and foreign clients from different business sectors including textile, tourism and healthcare.

Mehtap has also been involved in many complicated structuring transactions and advised clients from a regulatory perspective. She has represented both local and foreign clients before Turkish courts on different kinds of disputes, including but not limited to shareholder disputes, disputes arising from agency and distribution agreements and joint venture disputes. She is also well-familiar with enforcement of foreign court judgments.
