Cagnur’s area of practice is focused on corporate matters, mergers and acquisitions including due diligence exercises and asset/share purchase agreement negotiations. She is an expert especially in Competition Law; particularly investigations concerning violations of competition and filings for M&As. Her experience also includes Labor Law matters, as well as Administrative Law, particularly handling administrative lawsuits filed before the Council of State and Administrative Courts against decisions and regulatory actions of Independent Administrative Authorities and other governmental authorities.
