Lalin’s main practice areas include corporate and commercial transactions with a wide experience in IT Law which is mostly based on data protection and competition law experienced during merger and acquisition processes. She is also well experienced in litigation, including commercial law and labor law disputes. Before joining Diri Legal, Lalin worked at reputable law offices in Turkey, where she had the opportunity of experiencing complex transactions and structuring projects.
